Today is the day where my friend Lina and I decided to start our weight Loss program together.We asked our friend Rosni to be the judge ,oh well maybe the the trainee.. err advisor is the correct word I think coz Lina stay in Pekan Baru , Rosni in Jakarta and I'm in Singapore.. We will update our progress weekly to Rosni and see what comment or critics we'll get from her ..
